CAEN is excited to introduce our new pilot software, Poll Everywhere, for Fall 2023 & Winter 2024!
Poll Everywhere is a polling software that integrates with popular presentation software titles and multiple meeting apps such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Apple Keynote. These integrations will make it much easier for instructors to engage more and collect valuable feedback.
All College of Engineering faculty have access to Poll Everywhere to use with classes, meetings, and presentations! With Poll Everywhere, presentations become a two-way conversation rather than a one-way conversation.
Poll Everywhere allows you to:
- collect feedback from an audience (live, hybrid, or virtual)
- liven up presentations
- check attendance
- grade student responses
- send grades to the Canvas Gradebook
- increase overall engagement
You can request a license for the Fall or Winter term by submitting the Poll Everywhere Account Request Form. While your account is being created, we encourage you to check out the resources below to help familiarize yourself with Poll Everywhere and how to use it. We hope you are as excited as we are!
