Digital Accessibility: 10-Week Challenge and Virtual Drop-in Sessions

To help ensure that the college fosters an inclusive digital environment, here are two events you can participate in to improve your accessibility skills this fall:

  • 10-Week Accessibility Challenge:
Join the 10-Week Accessibility Challenge to get weekly tips and tools to learn how to make your work more digitally accessible. The fall challenge runs from October 3 through December 5. Sign up to participate or learn more at our Accessibility website

  • Virtual Drop-in Sessions:
Attend a Virtual Drop-In Office Hours Event via Zoom from 2-3pm on Sept. 14, Sept.28, Oct. 12, and Oct. 26. The ITS Accessibility team and the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (ECRT) are piloting the bimonthly virtual, drop-in office hours event. Experts will be on hand to answer your questions about accessible design, development, content, U-M policy (Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standard Practice Guide 601.20), or anything else. Learn more about Accessibility at the University of Michigan. Questions about the event? Contact Jane Berliss-Vincent, [email protected].
