COMSOL Multiphysics Workshop at U-M on July 22 (sponsored by CAEN)

On June 19, COMSOL will give a free multiphysics modeling workshop at the University of Michigan, sponsored by CAEN. This extended workshop begins with a walk-through of the fundamental modeling steps in COMSOL Multiphysics, followed by a specialized session focusing on chemical engineering applications. During the workshop, attendees will have the chance to set up and solve a simulation through a hands-on exercise, guided by a COMSOL expert.

Who should attend? Anyone interested in simulating and optimizing engineering phenomena based on PDEs, such as structural mechanics, heat transfer, electromagnetics, fluid flows, etc. Applications of the software are found in virtually every area of science and engineering. You will leave with new skills to work on your own applications using your free, two-week COMSOL trial.
