SolidWorks 2014 Student Edition available to College of Engineering students
CAEN has received a limited number of one-year licenses for the SolidWorks 2014 Student Edition. These licenses are only available for Microsoft Windows operating systems. Software licensing changes on CAEN computers for Fall 2014
The CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE) will be updated this summer in preparation for Fall 2014. Two software editions will be deployed to the CAEN computers beginning July 21: a “Student Instructional Edition” for students completing coursework, and a “Student Research Edition” for students performing non-commercial research. COMSOL Multiphysics Workshop at U-M on July 22 (sponsored by CAEN)

The CAEN computer lab in G.G. Brown 2505 has been reopened. This lab design and installation represents CAEN’s current vision about the future of lab-based computing for students.
