CAEN’s deadline for course software requests for the Winter 2025 term is October 15, 2024.
If you are an instructor who would like to request a new software title or version to be available for use on the CAEN Lab workstations for the winter 2025 term, please fill out the Course Software request form, located at the bottom of the Requesting Software for Michigan Engineering Courses web page.
Software titles which are no longer used for courses may be removed from the CAEN lab computers in the future. If you would like to continue using a current version or an older version of a software title (e.g Matlab R2022b) for teaching, please use the same form to inform us of your software version requirements.
You can check the current list of software titles and versions available on CAEN Lab workstations for a title that you are interested in teaching with.
Requests received by October 15 will be given priority for license review and installation in time for the start of the term. Software titles requested after that date may not be available for student use until sometime after the start of the term.
