CAEN Computing Lab EECS 2420 defaults to Linux environment when powered on

Posted on January 13, 2025 (January 13, 2025) by CAEN

Due to the high use of Linux in EECS, computers in the EECS 2420 computing lab now default to the Linux environment when powered on. Users can easily reboot these computers into the Windows environment if needed. All other CAEN Computing Lab locations will continue to use Windows as their default boot environment.
